Refund / Returns Policy - One Glide (www.one-glide.com)
Policy duration - 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Since some of the items sold on www.one-glide.com are personal care items it is essential that the items to be returned are completely unused due to hygienic reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Kindly get in touch via email at email@example.com and we will guide you to the nearest warehouse for returns.
Upon return, the item will be checked and tested by our technical team to verify its condition and packaging status. Once approved a refund will be issued within 15 business days.
There are certain situations where refunds are NOT granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item is returned it is to be inspected.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and
- A PayPal refund will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
Issues with receiving the refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Where applicable check your PayPal activity
- In some cases, after we issue the refund it may take up to 7 business days for the bank provider to process this and the transaction to appear on your account

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- 14 days from the date of purchase, if there is a technical problem, we will offer a replacement item. Subject to unused goods, condition, and packaging.
- 24 months from the date of purchase, we will offer a warranty for repairs, this does not include fittings cost (free labor)
- Warranty is subject to normal use, any misuse or abuse of the product voids the warranty
- Losing the warranty card, voids the product warranty
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will verify this claim.
To return your product, you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim we will then forward this request to our returns team so that they get in touch ASAP to resolve your issue.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary since we sell WORLDWIDE.
